Sylogist Delivers Strong Q2 2025 Results SaaS ARR up 12.5% to $31.7M, bookings up 33%, and NRR at 107%. 70% of revenue is now recurring—driven by continued SaaS growth and partner momentum.
In Q1, we delivered record bookings of $23.1 million, driven by continued momentum in our SaaS strategy and partner-first approach. SaaS ARR grew 15% year-over-year to $31.4 million, with total ARR reaching $44.3 million and SaaS Net Revenue Retention at 108%
Sylogist has been awarded a multi-year contract by the Texas OAG to implement a new, cloud-based Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS), supporting 150+ agencies with real-time, secure notifications.
We’re excited to announce that FuelPay, a SylogistPay solution, is now live at HTEC’s newly opened hydrogen fueling station at 688 Southeast Marine Drive in Vancouver, BC. This marks the first commercial deployment of our platform at a retail hydrogen fueling station, reinforcing SylogistPay’s involvement and commitment to powering the future of clean, alternative energy.
Our SaaS ARR grew at 17% Y/Y in Q4, with recurring revenue now at 72% of total revenue. As we scale our high-margin SaaS model, we expect to deliver lasting growth and value.
