Will the WenGAGE products be phased out?
No, the WenGAGE products you know and rely on will not be phased out. We're simply rebranding them as SylogistEd to better align with our company's vision. The exceptional quality of our products and the support you've come to expect from us will remain unchanged. Our commitment to your satisfaction and success is unwavering. You can continue to count on us for the same level of excellence and dedicated service that you've experienced thus far. How will these changes impact my district?
We understand that the end of the school year can be a busy time, and we want to make any changes that may impact your employees, students, and guardians as smooth as possible. We will have resources available to help you transition from the WenGAGE name to SylogistEd when the time comes.
Do we need to update our vendor information or complete a new W-9?
No, SylogistEd is the new brand name. Our legal entity is still Municipal Accounting Systems.(MAS)
When will the rebranding take effect?
Starting May 18, 2023, we'll be updating our application selector, website, and team signatures by removing the WenGAGE logo. By August 31, 2023, this transition will be complete across all our platforms, including websites, documents, and branding products. This means that you will soon see SylogistEd across all platforms. To ensure a smooth transition, we are actively working on updating our documentation and training videos to reflect these changes. We understand the importance of accurate and up-to-date information, and we will do our best to make these adjustments as quickly as possible. When does the WenGAGE reference need to be removed from our school website and documents?
We kindly request that you update your school website and documents to remove the WenGAGE reference/logo before the start of your school year, preferably by August 31, 2023. This will ensure a smooth transition to our new brand, SylogistEd. Additionally, please inform your guardians and employees that emails sent from our system applications will now come from noreply@sylogist.com instead of noreply@wengage.com.
