Employee Central Adds Features to Serenic Navigator and NaviPayroll

In response to customer feedback, we have added Employee Central, a human resources self-service portal, to Serenic Navigator.

Employee Central allows employees to access profile information such as address, payroll distribution, and tax settings, and view pay subs and related information.


Top features for employees include:

  • View/Print Pay Statements, W2s/T4s and delivery methods

  • View Employee Jobs and Certifications

  • View/Update Personal Info

  • View/Update Emergency Contact info

  • View/Update State/Province and Federal Tax Withholding

  • View/Update Payroll Distribution

  • View Absence Accruals

  • Submit leave requests

  • Submit change requests

  • View important posted organizational documents or URLs

In addition to these features, administrators can configure user access, send message blasts to employees, participate in approval workflows and other capabilities.


Employee Central is now available to K-12 cloud customers of Serenic Navigator and will soon be available to nonprofit cloud customers. Employee Central will be added to NaviPayroll in a future release.
