Sylogist develops and implements data and application integration tools to help our customers integrate their critical applications and devices to SAP. Using our technologies, our customers leverage their SAP investment by using proven and reliable components and business processes they like as part of the entire SAP environment.

While there are many generic data and application integration tools on the market, only a few have been developed specifically for SAP - and only Sylogist's flagship product, Sylobridge, provides significant value to our customers through high reliability and cost effectiveness.

Organizations have invested heavily in infrastructure, configuration, training and business process analysis to provide SAP and other applications for their employees. As the pace of business increases, SAP customers are actively looking to integrate other applications and devices in real time - to improve decision-making and lower costs. Practical integration to support new and optimized business processes can be difficult and costly. Organizations must balance the integration approach they take based on their own internal capabilities, the complexity of the applications and devices being integrated, the business process outcomes desired, and the balancing business benefits. Sylobridge has been designed specifically for these needs.

Sylogist developed its capability to provide comprehensive data and application integration after the acquisition of products from Abaco in Atlanta, Georgia. The products were originally developed in conjunction with SAP to provide integration of data from mobile devices directly into the comprehensive system. Today, after several additional releases of the software, over 50 customers use Sylobridge to connect mobile and other applications directly to SAP in real time or batch mode.

SYLOBRIDGE
Sylogist designed Sylobridge to communicate at the most fundamental level with SAP: through socket connections directly to the extensive RFC library. Through the years of supporting dozens of applications and thousands of devices, producing millions of transactions each day, Sylobridge evolved to provide IDOCS support for batch and store/forward applications. Legacy applications are connected to Sylobridge through a tailored interface to support reliable connections and produce optimum performance over other connector alternatives. The toolkit supporting Sylobridge is designed to provide SAP customers with the ability to modify, monitor and enhance their connections over time, and adjust the capabilities of Sylobridge as requirements change.

	The most recent version of Sylobridge (v5.4) is engineered to take advantage of the latest methods of data integration: web services. Through the use of application adapters, 3rd party applications are now able to use Sylobridge for data integration using simple web services.
