Sylogist just released our new Small Parts Storage Solution (SPSS) for all your inventory and warehouse needs. This solution combines a vertical lift tower with comprehensive software to control the movement of inventory within your facility. The tower has a footprint of only 70 inches by 100 inches, can be any height from 12 to 40 feet and has a storage capacity of up to 90000 pounds. This solution saves space, secures your inventory to prevent shrinkage and increases accuracy.

The SPSS software controls the tower and provides a simple intuitive user interface to receive, pick and put away materials. The inventory is stored in an internal database for stand alone operation or can be fully integrated to any ERP system. The main console provides full administrative control of the inventory and reporting keeps inventory adjustments accurate when doing cycle counts or full inventory counts of materials. The software has built in barcoding functionality for use with scanners and a mobile GUI that can run on any mobile device to allow the users the flexibility to handle materials both inside and outside the tower.
