Jim Wilson, Executive Chairman
Jim Wilson joined Sylogist as a member of the Board of Directors in November of 2001, and served as Chairman of the company until his appointment as President and CEO in June 2004. In August 2007 Jim was appointed Lead Executive Chairman.

Jim was instrumental in optimizing Sylogist into a consistently profitable and focused organization, and is the largest shareholder of the Company. His responsibility as Executive Chairman is to ensure the company's strategic initiatives are successfully implemented, and that the financial contributions of the company satisfy Sylogist shareholders.
Through his merchant banking company, Jim has invested in and provided management services to technology, resource and real estate development organizations in Canada and the United States and advised on the acquisition and financing of technology companies and assets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration from McMaster University.
Bill Hews, Lead Director
Bill Hews has been a Director of the company since February of 2002, and brings over twenty-five years of experience in development and growth of technology companies to Sylogist. Bill is President of Fideliter, Inc. a private investment and consulting firm, and a director of Wi-Lan, Inc and Arsenal Energy Inc, both publicly-traded companies.
Bill was Chief Operating Officer for Wi-Lan and Vice President, Nortel Networks in Calgary, Alberta and has been active in developing the high technology community in Calgary with his interests in mobile and wireless computing.
Ron Cherkas, Director
Ron Cherkas has been a Director of the company since February of 2005. Mr. Cherkas is a senior information technology executive with a major integrated oil and gas company. With over 25 years of industry experience Mr. Cherkas brings a wealth of knowledge to Sylogist in the effective selection, implementation and management of significant information technology projects.
Ron is the Director, Information Technology of Husky Energy Ltd., a public, senior integrated oil and gas company since 1980.
Fraser Elliott, B.A. (Economics), B.Comm. (Accounting)
Since January 1, 2005, Mr. Elliott has been Chief Financial Officer with Tangarine Payment Solutions Corp. a public company, which he listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is also Chief Financial Officer of Ritchies Inc., a private company in the business of auctioning art and other artifacts. Since 1987, he has been the President of CFE Financial Inc., a private investment banking company. From 1998 to 1999, he was VP - Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Vital Retirement Living Inc., a public company listed on the Exchange. He has been a director of VRL since 1998.
During the past twenty years, Mr. Elliott has provided consulting and financial services through CFE Financial Inc. to a variety of small to medium sized businesses where he normally retains an ownership position. Mr. Elliott sits on the boards of various charities and foundations as time permits.
