Sylogist (TSX-V: SYZ) is a software and services company providing enterprise information management and collaboration applications to municipal, education and private sector customers.

Sylogist enterprise systems division provides an integrated suite of business applications to municipalities and school districts that serve their needs for revenue, finance and operations management capabilities. This division also provides financial, student information and collaborative web-site management systems for the education market. Our industry leading collaborative web solutions enhance teacher, parent and student on-line collaboration driving improved student achievement. Sylogist’s connectivity division provides software to private and public sector customers that allows for easier integration between enterprise systems and custom applications.

The Enterprise Systems division, operating under the Bellamy Software name, develops software and provides implementation services to the public sector market comprised mainly of local government and school district customers. Bellamy Financial Software provides a comprehensive suite of software applications that allow municipalities and school districts to manage their financial, human resources and operational requirements. Integrated within the Bellamy Software division is EduPort, a collaborative web-based portal for school districts and CISS, a student information system which allows school districts to manage their student related information. The majority of our public sector customers are situated in Western Canada. This division also includes a consulting practice providing implementation and support services for customers using SAP™ software.

The Connectivity division includes the connectivity software Sylobridge and mobile software applications that integrate between large enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and a wide variety of packaged and custom applications. The mobile software Syloway is used in inventory and manufacturing control, logistics, work order management and automated data capture applications. These applications work in an integrated manner to provide enterprises with the capability of having mobile devices interact directly with large enterprise resource planning systems. The majority of these customers are in the USA. Additionally, sales in Europe are supported through a regional authorized distributor.
